I visited Charlie Clinic with my mother-in-law for treatment of dental caries. Dr. Charlie listened patiently to her complaints and explained her dental condition clearly and politely. The other doctors also provided excellent care and attention throughout the visit. The staff members were courteous, helpful, and efficient in their service. Overall, it was a comfortable and satisfying experience. We are happy with the treatment and would recommend this clinic to others seeking quality dental care.
I visited Charli Dental on May 27, 2026, for toothache treatment, but I did not get value for the money I spent. I spent ₹4,000, yet it was of no use. I paid ₹1,250 for a 'medicated filling,' but that too turned out to be a waste of money, as it came out completely within a week. They did not provide a receipt for the medicines; even after I asked for a receipt for the ₹740 charge, they failed to give it to me. While I was suffering from severe toothache, they pressured me to leave a review on Google. It was a terrible experience. When I visited Charli Dental again today (June 10, 2026), they stated that further treatment was required to fully resolve the issue. I chose the wrong place for treatment; perhaps if I had gone to a smaller dental clinic, the treatment would have been of better quality and less expensive...
I recently visited the clinic and had an exceptional experience. Before starting, Dr. Charlie took the time to clearly explain the entire procedure, calmly answering every single question and doubt I had. He only proceeded once he was absolutely sure I was comfortable and satisfied. Dr. Sathya performed my teeth cleaning, and she was equally amazing. Just like Dr. Charlie, she explained the process beforehand and was incredibly mindful of my comfort, giving me space during the procedure so I felt relaxed throughout. The entire staff is very kind, informative, and supportive. The clinic itself is immaculate and well-maintained. From their customer service to the premises, they are truly maintaining international standards. Highly recommended!

As soon as you enter, all your details are collected. It is understandable that it's a procedure in almost all hospitals. But when you are not employed, employment details of your guardian/spouse/parents is collected. It definitely doesn't serve any purpose other than helping them estimate your paying capacity.
Then they check you and recommend some treatments. In the middle of the treatment, they conveniently reveal some new faults and persuade you to take that also.
They show you they have two filling options but choose the one costlier between(one with 1500--saying any food can be consumed immediately after that) (1250--where food can be consumed after 30 mins).
Then they forcefully sell their oral kit (obviously everything from their affiliate) for which no bill is provided(costs rs 700+).
I felt discomfort in one of my filled tooth for many days afterwhich I consulted a different dentist and got relieved. No response from their side for my complaint. I won't recommend them to anyone unless they improve on their work ethics.
Recently I visited this clinic when my wife had a severe tooth pain. I had an excellent friendly atmosphere when we entered the hospital with killing pain. Half the pain gone when the smiling faces interacted and attended my wife. They fixed the problem in no time and started the treatment. The doctor himself explained everything in detail. The staff used to enquire the state of health of the teeth every morning promptly and even from Chennai. I hereby recommend this clinic for my friends.
